all the staff was helpful, fixed my issues. my a double room was a nice size with double queen beds.

The stay here was such wonderful, loved the hotel, it was clean with favourable location very close to the mountains and restaurant. The staff was knowledgeable, amiable, and everything was really good. Everything met all required needs, I would come here again...

Encountered a significant hiccup during check-in when the promised non-smoking room vanished, forcing me into a smoking room that reeked. The late-night experience with the fire alarm was chaotic, compounded by another confusing pricing issue that gave the feeling of quicksand beneath my feet.

We was travelling around USA ,and we found this hotel ..it was cheap ,around 70$ perfect for us too,the room was very nice and had a nice matrimonial bed,we enjoy out days on this hotel!the staff is very nice and they treat you with respect and very helpful! The manager was very polite and nice to us!the breakfast needs improved a bit,maybe better quality ingredients,but overall we enjoy our stay..best of luck!lorenzo

Check-in was frustrating due to a cancelled reservation despite offering a different payment method. The man at the front desk was unhelpful and insisted on a higher rate to rebook, leading to a disappointing experience. The lack of customer service made me choose alternative lodging, where I found much better support. Although there are no notable dining options on-site, Thai food nearby was a redeeming quality.

Needs cleaning badly. The bathroom was filthy. When we opened the sofa bed, there were no sheets or blankets in the room to make up the bed, and when we first called down, we were told we would have to come down to get them. They eventually brought them to us, but the sheets were worn through, and my daughter discovered a toothpick embedded in the blanket when she woke the next morning. She was lucky that it had not stuck her. There was an empty Aqua Fina water bottle beside the bed, and a dirty black sock under the edge. Had we not been so tired that night we would not have stayed, and we had to leave early the next morning. We will not stay there again.

The staff was really attentive, made check-in smoother despite the minor hiccup.

They didn't want you to take your breakfast from the kitchen. I prefer to eat in my room.
